The Vault of Obscenities was, as the Tenth Doctor remarked, an "ominous"-looking building in the Dalek City.
While the Tenth Doctor was helping the Daleks to defeat the Hond, the Dalek Prime Strategist led him to the Vault, where they encountered a Hond that declared that they would kill all. (COMIC: Defender of the Daleks)
