Vector Petroleum

Vector Petroleum was an oil company operating on Earth by 2119. It had joint control of underwater mining base the Drum. Richard Pritchard was their representative on board the base. (TV: Under the Lake)
The controls for the base had Vector Petroleum's name on them. (TV: Under the Lake/Before the Flood)

- In an interview with Doctor Who Extra, Sophie Stone explained that due there being no way of expressing "Vector Petroleum" in British Sign Language, she and Zaqi Ismail created a sign which included three fingers making the sign of a small flame, which derives from the flame of lit petroleum.
