A visitor's centre was a type of building. In 1138, after Bors and his men had dug a well for the Twelfth Doctor, he asked them to build a visitor's centre. (TV: The Doctor's Meditation) Later, the Doctor mentioned building the first well with a visitor's centre as one of his accomplishments while in 1138. (TV: The Magician's Apprentice)
