Voord leader (The Fishmen of Kandalinga)

The Voord leader was was the head of the Voords' plan to build land on Kandalinga so that they could build a fleet of spacecraft and return to Marinus to conquer it. When the First Doctor arrived on Kandalinga, he was captured by the Voord and brought to the leader, who decided that the Doctor's TARDIS could be useful to them. They used a travel dial to get to the causeway on which the TARDIS had landed, but the Doctor tore off the cranial appendage on the leader's protective suit, which broke his telepathic control over his Fishmen slaves and they rebelled, killing him.
