Captain Voss was a Nazi soldier. He led a raiding party in 1944 Turelhampton with the Sixth Doctor to acquire technology from a crashed Vvormak spacecraft. He accidentally destroyed the longevity device attached to their hibernation tank. After British reinforcements arrived, he and some of his party escaped. (PROSE: The Shadow in the Glass)
