Vox was a mysterious male who came to Earth via the rift and was on the run from the Sanctified and the Harrowkind, which were the Sanctified's shock troopers. Stuck and stranded on Earth, he allied himself with the Torchwood Three and concocted a story that the Sanctified were evil.
Toshiko Sato encountered Vox while looking into the Roald Dahl structure. The mysterious man then told her that they were stuck in time. (COMIC: Rift War! [+]Loading...["Rift War! (comic story)"])
