"Wagner" (School Reunion)
"Mr Wagner" was a Krillitane, a member of the Chosen Few following Brother Lassar who took over the Deffry Vale High School to solve the Skasis Paradigm and become "gods".

In 2007, the Krillitanes led by Lassar began infiltrating Deffry Vale High School. The day after Lassar's arrival as "Finch", Wagner became the school's new mathematics teacher, after his predecessor became sick with flu and never came back.
He differed from the other Krillitanes at the school in that his true Krillitane form was grey. Kenny briefly saw him in his true form before Wagner hastily changed back. Wagner spared Kenny's life, merely telling him to "run along".
Wagner managed the school's computer systems which were used to try and solve the Skasis Paradigm. He used this to hypnotise the school's pupils into doing so, with their knowledge now "beyond planet Earth" as a result of the Krillitane oil on the school dinners.
During the final stage of their plan, the Krillitanes locked Deffry Vale and forced the students inside to take part in their plan. With help from school pupil Kenny, the Tenth Doctor, Rose Tyler, Sarah Jane Smith, and Mickey Smith had got inside the school. Wagner, with the other Krillitanes, began to hunt them down to prevent them stopping their plans. As a Krillitane, Wagner was susceptible to loud noises due to his wider range of hearing, which Kenny exploited when setting off the school's fire alarms to help everyone else escape.
Ultimately, Wagner was killed in the explosion when the school was blown up by K9. (TV: School Reunion [+]Loading...["School Reunion (TV story)"])

In a deleted scene, Wagner claimed to a vegetarian. When Mrs Jackson offered him a rat, he claimed to have turned organic.[1] This may explain why he spares Kenny's life in spite of Kenny seeing his true monstrous form.
