Wandering albatross were birds that were native to Antarctica. According to the Twelfth Doctor, they had the largest wingspan of any bird. Despite their usually solitary behaviour, in 2048, a flock of them attacked a helicopter from Snowcap University, killing all on board. (COMIC: Blood and Ice)
