Wayne Redfern

Wayne Redfern was a commander in the Terran Security Forces. He met the Second Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon on the TSF base on Kalaya. He dropped a G-bomb on the Selachian homeworld of Ockora in 2204, destroying the planet. The Selachians captured another G-bomb and was going to use it on Earth. The Selachians killed Redfern on the way. (PROSE: The Final Sanction)
