Major Webber was a soldier in the British Army sent to track down the witch Elizabeth Howkins. Due to the machinations of Faction Paradox and the fighting of loa, he became trapped in a bubble universe and his consciousness untethered in his own personal timeline. As the bran-puca punctured the bubble universe, he leapt outside, dying, and his body later came to be ridden in by Baron Samedi. (PROSE: Spinning Jenny)
