A Weeping Angel once emerged in New York in the 20th century as a result of a keen writer and artist of comic books, Jacob, who had the idea to write a "detective story" in which the main character was following a serial killer, but strange statues were present at every scene.
The Angel unfortunately was met by the Eighth Doctor, who managed to keep it at bay, then created an invisible funnel to make it rainc causing the Angel to melt, as it was made of ink.
