Who Am I? was a feature released exclusively on the BBC's Cheapserve website on 10 May 2006[1] to coincide with series two of Doctor Who, specifically the story The Age of Steel; it also formed a crossover with the ongoing narrative on the Who is Doctor Who? tie-in website, indirectly addressing the departure of Mickey Smith in The Age of Steel. It was written by Joseph Lidster.[2]

The short story was styled to look like the final update on David R's Cheapserve profile.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

David R, a seventeen-year-old in Deffry Vale, wishes farewell to Cheapserve as he is "helping a friend who knows the truth" by taking on responsibility of looking after his website instead. David thanks everyone for their support, and signs out.
