In Celtic Britain, people were burned alive inside giant wicker men as a ritual of sacrifice. While in a re-enactment of Boudica's London inside Sepulchre's mind, the Eighth Doctor, Lucie Miller and Sophie Shephard found themselves trapped inside a wicker man as it was being lit.
