In 1865, the First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright and Vicki Pallister and allies battled a resurrected Qin Shi Huang (curtesy of the Mandragora Helix) in the mausoleum. By this time the city was known as Xi'an. (PROSE: The Eleventh Tiger [+]Loading...["The Eleventh Tiger (novel)"])
