Yequan was the President of the Monstron Space Republic in 2065. Speaking to four thousand million fighting troops, he announced an invasion of Skaro, proclaiming "The robot-like Daleks of Skaro will feel the strength and might of the Monstrons. We shall conquer all". (PROSE: Fireball Explosion!)
