Ykstort I was an early leader of the Imperial Clans and, thus, the Old Regime of Trion and its colonies. It was around their and Nilatis IV's rules that the harsher and more dictatorial elements of the Regime were lessened. (PROSE: Turlough and the Earthlink Dilemma)
