Zeen-4 (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Leisure Hive) was one of the leisure planets established after 2250. It was listed in K9's catalogue of recreational planets which he stated to Romana II. The planet specialised in historical re-enactments, (TV: The Leisure Hive) where a person could choose what episode in history they wanted to see re-enacted or take part in it themselves. However, re-enactment of 20th century Earth history was forbidden as it was considered to be too violent. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Leisure Hive)
