Zeet Frenzy was a television entertainer. One of his programmes was a comedy starring two Daleks, named Borg and Org. When Zeet realised his programmes were causing viewers to become complacent about the Daleks' invasion of other planets, he planned to use his programme to tell people the truth, aware that the Daleks would kill him.
