Zelopan

Zelopan was a shape-shifting cactus person known as the Person of the Time Span.

Disguised as an Arbolean, Zelopan was invited to showcase the Golden Hendecahedron - an eleven-sided power source that he had created in collaboration between Allis and Ballis. Iris Wildthyme, Thomas Daley and Panda were in attendance and Iris attempted to warn Zelopan that the power-source was unstable due to its proximity to time travelers. The Hendecahedron later overloaded and blasted Iris - pinching her timeline and splitting her into two versions; : one that progressed through future incarnations and another that regressed backwards.

In an attempt to gain access to the Celestial Omnibus, Zelopan knocked out the younger Iris and took her form. He then set about convincing Tom that he was the real Iris, and held the older version of Iris and Panda at gunpoint. The younger Iris soon came round and exposed Zelopan.
