Zodin

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
You may be looking for the Terrible Zodin.

By some accounts, the Zodin were a species of aliens.

They were "stripy" and, based on Sarah Jane's hand movements, had big ears and a trunk. (TV: The Mad Woman in the Attic [+]Loading...["The Mad Woman in the Attic (TV story)"])

When the Second Doctor recalled his encounter with "the Terrible Zodin" to Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, he added that "they were covered in hair" and "hop[ped] like kangaroos", (TV: The Five Doctors [+]Loading...["The Five Doctors (TV story)"]) although other allusions to "the Terrible Zodin" as an specific individual with whom the Doctor had crossed paths would go on to treat "Zodin" as the woman's personal name, (PROSE: Cold Fusion [+]Loading...["Cold Fusion (novel)"], etc.) and one account suggested that the hopping "they"s recalled by the Second Doctor were not members of the Terrible Zodin's own species, but creatures who assisted her in one of her own schemes — with the Doctor unable to recollect if they were in fact mutated kangaroos or mutated grasshoppers. (PROSE: Legacy [+]Loading...["Legacy (novel)"])

Maria Jackson told her friends that she had helped the American government hide some Zodin. Clyde Langer did not believe they looked like Fimbles, but Sarah Jane told him she had met them before. (TV: The Mad Woman in the Attic [+]Loading...["The Mad Woman in the Attic (TV story)"])
