Lish was a friend of Kelsa. He hid in the back of Patricia Menzies and took Charlotte Pollard a way from the car acident. The police had blamed him for a couple of deaths. He knew that Charley knew of Gregory Bailey, Antonia Bailey's husband, she told her if Bailey was dead. He told Menzies, that he was called the Raincloud Man, as he caused bad luck to those around him. (AUDIO: The Raincloud Man)
