Reev was a scientist. He experimented on Lizzo and went after her when she escaped. He caught the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown in the medical facility. [[Miklev] said that he had taken a special test, and had changed personalities after it. He later brought the Doctor the The Rani, and he knew that she was the Rani not professor Braxton.
