Andrew Tourell (18 January 1946-17 January 2004) played Constable Cummings in the Doctor Who story Black Orchid.
Tourell is best known for playing Geoffrey Ballard in forty six episodes of Waiting for God. His other television credits include Dixon of Dock Green, Only Fools and Horses, Crossroads and Terry and June.
