"Steel Specs" was a robot who posed as a chauffeur. He made Peri Brown feel weird. He hijacked the TARDIS and asked the Sixth Doctor where the Gravis was. He had no face behind the glasses that he wore, them being part of his casing. He was controlled by Professor Stream from his wheelchair. (AUDIO: The Hollows of Time)
