Jerome Khan was a maths student at a university in England and the boyfriend of Imogen Frazer.

After Frazer disappeared after accepting a job with a cult in Fleming's Island in 1981, Khan travelled to Ireland and, along with Robert DeValley, Aoife Dineen and Donal Dineen, went to the island to search for Frazer.
