Thatchos is a Cyberman, or more accurately woman, encountered by a Seventh Doctor. (NOTVALID: Untitled (The Lenny Henry Show))

The character is a parody of Margaret Thatcher, left-wing Lenny Henry parodied her sense of power. This isn't the first time a Doctor Who production has implied hatred towards her, namely The Happiness Patrol respectively.
