Mrs Parkhouse baked scones at the Wisteria Tea Rooms in Stockbridge, England. She was known to the Doctor by at least the time of his eighth incarnation. (COMIC: Endgame) When the Eighth Doctor was trying to guess why Izzy had requested a trip to 1988 Stockbridge, he incorrectly guessed that they had returned to England to investigate "something unpleasant in old mother Parkhouse's scones".
