A receptionist worked at an Amsterdam Youth Hostel where Colin Frazer and Robin Stuart had planned to stay in January 1983. When Stuart arrived at the Hostel, she informed him that Tegan Jovanka had called.
When the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa arrived at the Hostel inquiring about Tegan, she told them that Robin had left a letter for Tegan. She then gave the Doctor and Nyssa directions to Frankendael mansion. (TV: Arc of Infinity)
