Colin Frazer
Colin Frazer was a cousin of Tegan Jovanka.

Colin lived in Brisbane. (TV: Arc of Infinity [+]Loading...["Arc of Infinity (TV story)"]) He was the son of Richard and Felicity Frazer, brother of Michael (PROSE: Divided Loyalties [+]Loading...["Divided Loyalties (novel)"]) and favourite cousin of Tegan Jovanka. (TV: Arc of Infinity [+]Loading...["Arc of Infinity (TV story)"]) He saw several horror films about young people spending the night in graveyards and haunted houses (PROSE: Arc of Infinity [+]Loading...["Arc of Infinity (novelisation)"]) and was friends with Robin Stuart, who never led him astray. In the spring (PROSE: Arc of Infinity [+]Loading...["Arc of Infinity (novelisation)"]) of 1983, (TV: The Waters of Amsterdam [+]Loading...["The Waters of Amsterdam (audio story)"]) Colin went to explore Europe (PROSE: Arc of Infinity [+]Loading...["Arc of Infinity (novelisation)"]) with Robin. Tegan, having lost her job, arranged to meet Colin in Amsterdam, (TV: Arc of Infinity [+]Loading...["Arc of Infinity (TV story)"]) where Robin's passport was stolen in a café. (PROSE: Arc of Infinity [+]Loading...["Arc of Infinity (novelisation)"]) The day before Tegan's arrival, Robin took Colin to spend the night in Frankendael's crypt due to the lack of availability at the hostels, an arrangement which Colin was not entirely comfortable with.
Colin was awoken by Omega's TARDIS and went to investigate by himself. He was attacked by the Ergon and controlled to assist Omega in assembling a fusion booster to return him to corporeal existence, only being released as a token of appreciation once Tegan arrived in search of him and unwittingly helped lure the Fifth Doctor to Earth. He remained unconscious for some time and was then taken to a hospital where he was to convalesce for several days before returning home to Brisbane. Tegan Jovanka did not believe that Colin was capable of so much as changing a light bulb without messing it up. (PROSE: Arc of Infinity [+]Loading...["Arc of Infinity (novelisation)"]) He was warier than Robin Stuart about staying in Frankendael's crypt but less concerned about him having lost his passport, assuring him that the Dutch were a "civilised race" and would not imprison or deport him.
