Viktors Ritelis (born 10 December 1937) was the uncredited production assistant for the Doctor Who television stories The Crusade[1] and The Daleks' Master Plan[2] (with Michael Briant). The director of The Daleks's Master Plan, Douglas Camfield, apparently wanted Ritelis to receive co-director credit on the story. (About Time 1)
