On 29 July, the following important behind-the-scenes events were known to have occurred:
- 1966 - Episode four of The Smugglers was recorded at Riverside Studios 1. (TCH 8)
- 2000 - Recording for The Shadow of the Scourge took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2005 - Rewrites for The Christmas Invasion known as a "blue rewrite" were made. These covered Mickey Smith telling Rose Tyler how he just wanted a normal life, the Tenth Doctor discussing blood control and the fight between the Doctor and the Sycorax leader. (DWMSE 14)
- 2006 - Recording for No Man's Land took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2010 - Recording for The Guardians of Prophecy took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2014 - Recording for Damaged Goods took place at The Moat Studios.
