On 24 July, the following important behind-the-scenes events were known to have occurred:
- 1964 - "A Change of Identity" was recorded at Lime Grove Studios. (INFO: "A Change of Identity")

- 1999 - The Big Finish audio The Land of the Dead was recorded.
- 2006 - Location filming for The Runaway Bride took place on St Mary's Street, where the Tenth Doctor and Donna are trying to catch a taxi. A large crowd of fans were in attendance. The bank notes that fly out from the ATM bore either the face of David Tennant or Phil Collinson, together either with the phrase "No Second Chances", or the famous Fourth Doctor line about being childish sometimes. - 2007 - Big Finish's Dalek Empire story The Fearless was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2008 - Big Finish's audio adaptation of the stage show The Curse of the Daleks was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2010 - The first series of Big Finish's audio series Graceless was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2011 - Interviewed at the Comic-Con convention in San Diego, Karen Gillan confirmed she would return for an unstated number of episodes in series 7.
- 2014 - The Big Finish audio story The Yes Men was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2019 - Big Finish announced the casting of Nerys Hughes as the Fourth Doctor's companion Margaret Hopwood.
- 2020 - The Big Finish audio story The Grey Man of the Mountain was recorded.
