The Sisters of the Infinite Schism was, according to the Eleventh Doctor, "the greatest hospital in the universe." (TV: Let's Kill Hitler)
While the Eleventh Doctor was travelling with Kazran Sardick, the TARDIS sent him to the Sisters of the Infinite Schism to recover from tree sap burns he had sustained. The Doctor spent several months here before returning to retrieve Kazran and the other humans. (AUDIO: The Top of the Tree)
Amy Pond, Rory Williams and the Eleventh Doctor took River Song there to recuperate after she had sacrificed her powers of regeneration for the Doctor.
