Fyrax was the commander of the Time Tank which collided with the Doctor's TARDIS. He explained to Romana II that he was on a mission to Aoris' past. He then took the Fourth Doctor to Drang. He was tasked with taking the Doctor to Era 14 as an ambassador. (AUDIO: The Paradox Planet)
