While the Eleventh Doctor was travelling with Kazran Sardick, the TARDIS sent him to the Sisters of the Infinite Schism to recover from tree sap burns he had sustained. The Doctor spent several months here before returning to retrieve Kazran and his ancestors from the tree. He made a mental note to remember the Sisters of the Infinite Schism on future adventures.
