Moth

Earth moths were attracted to light, and had a tendency to eat through fabrics, like clothing. (TV: It Takes You Away) The TARDIS wardrobe was once infested by a hive of moths. (COMIC: A Rose by Any Other Name)

On Earth

Oscar Botcherby collected moths. He used a lamp to attract them before employing cyanide to kill them. He sought rare and beautiful types of moths and told his friend Anita to look after his collection as his dying words. (TV: The Two Doctors)

Extra-terrestrial

K9 once encountered moths on a planet partially inhabited by ex-Tellac miners in another dimension. The moths lived alongside other Earth animals from widely varying periods of evolutionary history. Unlike most species of moth on modern Earth, however, these had wingspans of about ten feet, as many extinct species did on Earth in the prehistoric past. (PROSE: K9 and the Missing Planet)

Birinji was home to a species of crystal moth. (PROSE: The Dawn of the Kotturuh)

The Somno-Moth was native to Eden. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Nightmare of Eden)

The Thirteenth Doctor and Team TARDIS encountered flesh moths in an anti-zone between their universe and the Solitract plane. Like the Earth variety, they were attracted to light, but they only ate flesh, rather than fabric. (TV: It Takes You Away)

There were several species of moth on Exabin Seven. (PROSE: Time Lapse)
