A God Seed Control Unit was activated during the Spanish Civil War. It used Phillipe and Antonio Ferrando as scouts and cured Louis leprosy when it tried to make him one. When the Seventh Doctor tried to turn it off, the Control unit attacked him and connected to the TARDIS to recharge. (AUDIO: Fiesta of the Damned)
