- 1963 - The cast of the new science fiction series Doctor Who was revealed: William Hartnell, Carole Ann Ford, Jacqueline Hill and William Russell. (DWFC 1)
- 1963 - Script editor David Whitaker commissioned Terry Nation to write The Mutants (later known as The Daleks).
- 1964 - "The Tyrant of France" was recorded at Lime Grove Studios G. (TCH 3)
- 2006 - Recording for the I, Davros story, Innocence took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2006 - Recording for The Worst Thing in the World took place.
- 2013 - Recording for Psychodrome took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2015 - Recording for The Churchill Years: Volume One took place at The Moat Studios.
