Mto was a planet composed of the debris from crashed spacecraft created by Kamen Vers, which was formed around his own Movellan spaceship. Named after the woman who raised him as his "mother", Mto translated as "river" in Swahili. Indeed, Mto turned out to be none other than River Song in disguise.
By means of a tractor beam, Vers lured peaceful colonists to the makeshift world for samples of human skin, which he required in order to create a race of human-Movellan hybrids like himself. With the aid of Anya Kingdom, the colonists were evacuated. (AUDIO: The First Son) It was later destroyed by the Daleks in the midst of a skirmish during the Dalek-Movellan War.
