Rarkelia (AUDIO: Twisted Folklore) was the homeworld of the Rarkelians. According to the Eighth Doctor, it was not encountered by humans until "way beyond" the 60th century. However, Teeja and Bourakai told him that it had been invaded and enslaved by Earth in the 41st century thanks to the Doctor. (AUDIO: Divine Intervention)
