Bourakai

Bourakai was a Rarkelian whose entire brood was slaughtered by humans. He and Teeja used stolen chrono-warp engines to travel back to 2020 with the intention of killing the Eighth Doctor and saving Rarkelia. They killed Mr Crusoe to prevent him from assisting the Doctor, whom they managed to kill but who was brought back by the TARDIS. The Doctor sent them back to their time.
