Send For Stingray! was the fifth cover story printed in Action 21 to contain elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, it was a crossover with Stingray, Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons, Fireball XL5 and Lady Penelope.
