On 22 November, the following important behind-the-scenes events were known to have occurred:
- 1963 - The studio recording of "The Survivors" took place at Lime Grove Studios. (INFO: "The Survivors")
- 1968 - Episode one of The Krotons was recorded at Lime Grove Studios D. (TCH 13)
- 1987 - A rebroadcast of Horror of Fang Rock airing on PBS affiliate WTTW in Chicago, Illnois, was interrupted for nearly 90 seconds when the station was made the target of a signal intrusion prank in which individuals managed to hijack WTTW's broadcast feed and parodied Max Headroom in an obscene manner, having earlier interrupted then-independent commercial station WGN-TV during a newscast. The pranksters were never caught, and the scenes which had been interrupted were later rebroadcast in the days to follow on local Chicago and national media.
- 2010 - Recording for The Elite took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2012 - Recording for Moonflesh took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2016 - Recording for A Heart on Both Sides and The Mistpuddle Murders took place at Ladbroke Audio.
- 2018 - Recording for The Sixth Doctor and Peri: Volume One took place at the Moat Studios.
- 2018 - Big Finish announced that Jessica Martin will be reprising the role of The Greatest Show in the Galaxy's Mags, this time as the Seventh Doctor's companion, for a trilogy of audio adventures.
- 2019 - Big Finish announced the seventh series of their Doctor Who spin-off The Diary of River Song.
