William of Berkshire was a thief. He tried to steal from the First Doctor. He worked with the Monk. He was in love with Idonea de Camville. He planned to steal the taxes of Lincolnshire to return them partly to the people. He was killed when the French attack the city of Lincoln. (AUDIO: The Outlaws)
