Daphne Heard (1 August 1904[1]-22 June 1983[2]) played Martha Tyler in the Doctor Who television story Image of the Fendahl.
Career
She is perhaps best remembered for her role as Richard DeVere's mother, Mrs Polouvicka, in the sitcom To the Manor Born (1979-1981).
