A Supreme Dalek appeared alongside a Drone Dalek and the Eternal Dalek among other representatives of the Alliance within the Underhenge during the Total Collapse Event Incident in 102, witnessing the imprisonment of the Eleventh Doctor, whom they believed to be the one responsible for the cracks in space and time, inside the Pandorica. (TV: The Pandorica Opens, PROSE: Dalek Combat Training Manual)
The Alliance was destroyed when the Doctor's TARDIS exploded, leaving only two Stone Daleks, one of which hindered the Doctor and his companions' efforts to save the universe in 1996. Nevertheless, the Doctor later rebooted the universe, restoring the Alliance to their original places in space and time. (TV: The Big Bang)
Behind the scenes
Prop
The Supreme Dalek in The Pandorica Opens was depicted using the same prop which was originally constructed for the Supreme Dalek in Victory of the Daleks. This prop was later distressed to portray the Supreme Dalek in The Wedding of River Song and was also seen within the Dalek Asylum in Asylum of the Daleks.[1]
Portrayal
Like the Supreme Dalek in The Wedding of River Song, Nicholas Briggs portrayed this Supreme with a standard Dalek voice unlike the deep voice of the Dalek Supreme in Victory and Asylum of the Daleks.
