On an alternative Gallifrey, Rassilon was a True Lord. Unlike the main version of Rassilon, this version failed to defeat the Great Vampires, and even joined them. He was responsible for setting up a Transduction barrier that not only protects the planet from the rest of the universe, but also prevents light from reaching the planet. He was killed by Lord Prydon (AUDIO: Annihilation)
