Rassilon (Barusa's universe)

In Barusa's universe, Rassilon was the founder of Time Lord society as well as Barusa's direct ancestor, the "founder of [his] dynasty", which would go on to also produce Ulysses, the Doctor and the Master a few millennia down the line. In his massive, underground Tomb of Rassilon, he buried legendary Scrolls of which it was said that the one who unearthed them would bring Gallifrey out of the darkness.
