Story notes
- This story marked the first 21 comic with DWU elements published since the series title reverted from Mr. Magnet back to its old name of Secret Agent 21. - As well as being a crossover with the Doctor Who universe , this story also crossed over with Fireball XL5 by featuring cameos from Space City, Fireball XL2 and Commander Zero, and with Stingray through Commander Shore.
Continuity
- Twenty One is once again the Director of the Universal Secret Service, having previously served in the post from 2055 until his retirement. (PROSE: This is 2065, Biography — 21)
- Bereznik has fed its citizens anti-World Government propaganda for years, which Valin thinks will be a slow process to undo. (COMIC: Andromeda Or Die, The Bitter Cold Dish et al.)
