- You may be looking for the in-universe website.
In 2006, the BBC launched the Cybus website to help promote series two of the revived series of Doctor Who, specifically the two-parter Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel. The website, along with all the tie-in websites launched post-2005, was built by Sequence. No specific crew were credited, although one short story was written by Tom MacRae.
The website contained a mix of narrative and non-narrative fiction, all told from an in-universe perspective, as if you were reading the very pages on the in-universe Cybus Industries website, as it would therefore exist in Pete's World, a short time prior the events of the two-parter. Currently, non-narrative information is treated as an invalid source on this Wiki, so sources from this website vary in validity.
The website was no longer hosted by the BBC by 2013, and this Wiki advises caution visiting the unarchived website as the url has been taken over by seemingly dubious owners who likely have put malware and phishing scams onto the site.

Notes
In 2022, a new Cybus Industries website was launched as part of seemingly a marketing campaign, with an associated Twitter and YouTube channel. However, this turned out to be a parody of both Doctor Who and English/American politics, with the new CEO of Cybus Industries being named "Elon Magpie".[1][2]
